Pet Sitting & Barn Care FAQ

About 30 minutes at your home with the sitter who'll care for your animals. We go over routines, feeding, medications, keys, alarms, and anything else we should know. It's $25, credited in full toward your first booking.

You're matched with a sitter and you keep them, so the person at your door already knows your home and your animals.

You'll get a photo and a written update after every visit, through your client portal.

Drop-in visits are $42 for 30 minutes and $58 for 60. A Daycation (four visits a day) is $158, and Overnight Care (four visits plus a sleepover) is $218. See every rate.

Book on a recurring schedule and pet, home, and barn care save 15%. Overnights, Adventure Days, and private driving save 10%. Airport runs are a flat rate with no discount.

A 20% surcharge applies on major holidays, including December 21 through January 2.

Within 15 miles of North Hills for pet and home care, and for farms near Clayton. Beyond that, travel is quoted by location before anything is confirmed.

Cancel 48 hours ahead at no charge. Inside 48 hours, 50% of the booking applies. Inside 24 hours, the full booking is charged.

We go over keys, lockboxes, codes, and alarms at the meet-and-greet and follow your instructions exactly.

We contact you right away and follow the plan we set up at the meet-and-greet, including your vet's information.

Yes. House & Plant Checks are $37: mail in, trash out, plants watered, and a walkthrough of the home.

Yes, for our clients. Groceries, pickups, deliveries, and waiting on a contractor are quoted by the job, with receipts for anything we buy.
